Overall very happy so far. Two minor issues: a) as noted in many other reviews I’ve seen, the knobs are quite loose so care should be taken to adjust the darkness level. b) The mechanism is so tight that a single slice of toast flies up and out of the toaster like the scene from I Love Lucy. Pretty funny but I’ve almost lost a couple of slices to the floor.
The toaster is a good size, not too bulky. It has a nice design if you choose to leave it on the counter.
A relative has the same model going on thirteen years and only mentioned the loose knobs as a minor issue.

I like this toaster a lot; it is efficient, attractive and well-made. My only suggestion (to achieve that 5th star) is to have some sort of alarm noise when completed. It is quiet and I often find the toast sitting there all done without knowing it popped up.

This is my second toaster in this model- bought one for my summer home. It toasts well and cleans up nicely. All of the settings work well, and I can get toast done quickly with a crowd. I love Cuisinart appliances- they last long and look fantastic!

Very slow. Has to be set on highest setting to toast a slice of bread and the bread is still barely browned, has to be re-started again and watched to prevent over-toasting. A disappointment! Not as good as the last toaster we had, which was by Kitchen-Aid.
