We had the same model from several years ago and figured let's stick with what works. However right out of the box we knew something was different. This is super chintzy construction and barely feels like it will hold together. We'll see whether or not it holds up.

The toaster is really pretty in the kitchen and does a great job cooking our toast, bagels and English Muffins. It is easy to clean with the crumb tray that pulls out. This is my second Cuisinart toaster and I really like the new cancel push button which is nice feature. I also like the rounded corners on the edges.
