Very cheaply made. Will never buy again. Temperature controls vary use to use without adjustment on the dial. Right side takes multiple tries before it stays down. Doesn't pop up when it's done. Horrible product.

These is my third toaster that I've bought. I bought these one because my second one was about 10 years or better. So I felt I deserved to get me another. They're very good and work very well. We have no complaints with Cuisinart

We had the same model from several years ago and figured let's stick with what works. However right out of the box we knew something was different. This is super chintzy construction and barely feels like it will hold together. We'll see whether or not it holds up.
