We love our new Cuisinart toaster! Our old 4-slice toaster was very erratic, sometimes burning the bread slices and the next time barely warming them. Unlike our old toaster, this one even feels well made. In comparison, our old toaster was very lightweight--this toaster is sturdy...it has some "heft" to it. Most importantly, it toasts bread, bagels, etc. beautifully and uniformly.

I really like this toaster. It’s convenient to do 4 slices at a time and the size is adequate for bagels. The controls are easy to use and it’s aesthetically pleasing. My only reason for deducting one star is the fact that the “frozen” button didn’t really do anything special. The strudel still had to be put in for two cycles.
