Design and materials fit perfectly with the rest of my kitchen decor. Functionally, I really like the defrost feature and the fact that the slots are wide enough to accomodate thick slices of bread. Plus, I trust the Cuisinart brand.

It’s a beautiful looking toaster but doesn’t toast well. I replaced my ‘old’ Cuisinart 4 slice toaster with this beautiful product only to find I wasted my money. At this price point it does not toast both sides of bread. I need to flip the bread & toast again to get an evenly toasted piece of toast. This is exactly what I needed to do with my old toaster. It does look beautiful though, but can’t recommend.
