The control panel has come appart. Looks awful.

Can't set timer for less than one minute

I would give the microwave a five if I could set it for increments of less than a minute (or of a minute and a half). I have not investigated in the user's manual. If these settings are possible, they are not accomplished in the usual way. Therefore, it is not user-friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not as easy to use as other models, have to push the numbers on t6he panel hard to get it entered, sometime the microwave even moves.
