General of Electric is not victorious

After only 3 years the plate spins about 10% of the time. It seems to go around once or twice and then stops spinning. It burns popcorn which the g kids hate. It looks like you have to completely disassemble to get to the motor on the bottom. The General of Electric needs to lead his people to victory over bad quality.

Attractive and fits small places with larger interior capacity. Not as powerful as other microwaves I have owned in the past. programing is easy and display well noted
