This microwave exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased. The size, wattage, quietness, and easily cleanable control panel and finish make this microwave an incredible value.

functions, fine… So far…

I have no complaints about this particular microwave except perhaps the touchscreen isn’t very sensitive. My complaint is entirely with GE. I only bought this microwave because it fit my wall trim from my previous GE microwave, which I had bought less than a year before. I’ve bought several GE appliances over the last few years, and every single one of them has turned out to be a lemon. But for the need to economically fit a matching (white) microwave into my wall space I would never have purchased this GE or any GE.

Died after 18 months

This microwave worked fine until about 1.5 years after we bought it when it just flat out died. It’s outside of the 1 year warranty so its essentially a disposable microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave was bought Thanksgiving morning, after the old one just failed. I was surprised how this one turned out to be just ideal for us; good size, good price, easy to use and easy to understand the settings so quickly.

Simple yet good features

This is my second GE Microwave. I had one for several years but when it stopped working I bought a Sharp Carousel which just stopped working after 2 years. I decided to go back to the exact GE Microwave I had previosly because it worked so well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
