Does fine for an inexpensive product

Inexpensive microwave. Generally works well. This is my second purchase of this product, as the first one failed after 4 years, which is one of the reasons behind the 3* rating. Door latches are a weakness - if you can replace them yourself, it's affordable. Paying a professional to replace the part is not cost-effective.

Microwave was well packaged when delivered. Easy to set up and directions on how to use different features were easy to understand. I really like the feature that I can add 30 seconds while the microwave is running.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this unit earlier today, so I’ve only been able to use it maybe twice so far, it seems to be working fine, but my only complaint is owner or instructional manual, what a joke it’s two pages. This is ridiculous. How are we supposed to figure out how to operate this unit with any kind of help from your company I just threw away a Kenmore microwave that quit completely and I had orders manual that was 55 pages long, I think you people are really getting cheap at the expense of the consumer I do not like this at all you should have some kind of an owners manual. All that tells you about is electrical shock what anybody would have a brain could figure that one out, but it says nothing about how to operate it. This is not right, I am not satisfied with that part of the unit… At all !!
