I choose this appliance because it was as close to the previous one we had and it gave us great service for 9 years. This one appears to be on the same quality level as the last GE microwave.

Very good countertop microwave. Simple pushbutton controls that are same as our 25+ year unit that suddenly died, so now re-training required. The unit is not very heavy, so the hard plastic mounting feet allow it to slide around some when pushing buttons. Improved that by attaching circular, adhesive felt pads available at most any hardware store
