It does not work properly. It overcooks everything when using the foods recommended times. The sides of the microwave are hot to the touch on all sides when cooking. If you do not want to post my review as originally posted why did you ask.

Worked great for 3 years then broke

Bought new then broke 3 years later. Bought same microwave again, only due to limited cabinet space. However, microwave did function well for 3 years. Only option we did use was 30 second heating too confusing to defrost or microwave for certain items.

Died in three years

Loved this product until it died three years after purchase. My previous microwave was a kitchenaid and it died young as well. Switched brands but to no avail.

Love it ,BUT......

We love the microwave, easy to operate, very nice size especially for large bowls. Haven't had even 6 months and the buttons have worn off. We use mostly to reheat a small plate, or a cup of water. Should not have buttons wearing off for very light use !!

Smaller than we thought. Can't interrupt cooking without getting an ERROR message. REHEAT & DEFROST aren't used friendly. Too complicated.
