We just bought this new microwave because our other one we had for 4 years shorted out. We bought it yesterday 11/14/22, brought it home and took it out of the box and read the instructions. It was very easy to use and the cooking information is simple to use. I believe we are going to love it.

Almost the same as I got the last one in 2009 ( when we moved to our brand new house). It’s a tad bit smaller the the other one but it’s amazing.

I like the sleek, flat look of this model, and the cooking features are very complete. I've only had it for a couple weeks. I'm hopeful it won't die after 11 months like the previous (cheaper/smaller) GE model I had. I do have to give GE a shout out because they did send me a "Good Will" reimbursement certificate to honor the one year manufacturer's warranty on the unit that died.
