The inside light and clock is very dim. I can't read the clock unless I am right in front of it.

Microwave control panels are not generally backlit, which means that the lettering on the keypads do not have lighting behind them. The lettering cannot be changed or made brighter. Have only used it a few times so far, but everything seems to work fine. I looked at a few other brands before buying this one and I have to say that the quality in this one is so much better than the others. The door and the button to open it are well made. You can feel the quality in it. Heats the food perfectly and evenly. So far I am very pleased that I purchased
this model. Hopefully it will last 15 years like my old one did. Time will tell.
I would definitely recommend this product.

Sensor doesn’t work well

The sensor meal options do not work. All day “err” after a few seconds. If I go the route of cook time option and enter the time it will cook without the “err” reading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One reason why the “ERR” may appear is from an improperly sealed door. If the microwave door is opened during a sensing function, then “ERR” will appear on the display. You can clear this by pressing “Cancel/Off”. Small but mighty

We have always had a larger microwave over the stove this time we put a hood in and got a smaller counter space microwave. This microwave is smaller but it's just as powerful as the big ones and it's easily contained on a counter without feeling like you're. taking up valuable workspace.
