We special ordered this unit because we really liked our old GE microwave. It is very disappointing to not have the same quality in this new unit, as our old one had. The cooking sensor does not work properly, everything is over cooked. We never had this problem with our last GE. Can not turn of the beeper off. When we use the bake potato button to cook potatoes, there are spots that are not thoroughly cooked. I am very disappointedin the quality of this new microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use

We purchased this product and the 'feet' snapped off when we placed it on the shelf. When we placed a cup of water on the turntable to see how fast it would heat up the turn table started making (and continues to make) 'growling' noises. NOT happy about either of those issues, but the unit seems to work.

This product gives code of PF which I looked up and followed the directions to correct the problem. The directions didn’t correct the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this microwave
