Had a GE microwave. Loved it! This one is very similar but the time/display window could be brighter!

This microwave works great. Hopefully it lasts longer that the GE microwave that it replaced. That one lasted only 5 years!

We recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your microwave. You can schedule service online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm or by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET or Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.

Old ge lasted 19 yrs. Like old setup better but if this one lasts 19 yrs, Im happy
