Love the keypad, so easy to use. Only drawback is you have to push the buttons pretty firmly.

This is my second GE microwave. The first one lasted 11 years and I loved it! So far, this one is comparable to the old and works great. Hopefully I’ll get 10+ years out of this one also. It’s easy to use, works well, and just what we needed!

Seems to be working fine. Popcorn button sticks a little. Other than that, a nice set of features for the price.
