Does OK

It's a decent microwave but missing a key feature. Our old microwave had the platter rotate 1 rotation every 10 seconds. That means when I put my coffee mug in with the handle on the right, every 10 seconds that handle is on the right and easy to grab. Not with this GE microwave. I never know how I'll have to contort myself to try and grab my mug out of the microwave because I never know where the handle will be.
Other than that it heats well. I really like the sensor reheat feature. Easy to clean. Easy to operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheap and faulty product

Died in two years. We checked thermal fuse and line fuse, both are good, microwave still doesn't work. It has been used only to heat water or coffee for 1 min at a time. Died one fine morning without any trigger. Waste of money

Was awesome until it wasn’t!

My microwaved died and have had it only 2.5years. Not the breaker, outlet or plug. I noticed I heated up some canned veggies and it was cold when they were done, tried to start it back up and it had no power! Noticed this past week a few weird glitches. Other than that it was a beautiful and great machine until last night!! :(

Short Lifespan

We have had this microwave a little more than 18 months. I tried to turn it on today and nothing happened. We unplugged it and checked the breaker box and that did not help either.
Very disappointed because we really liked using this microwave.

piece of paper inside that rips easily

instead of using a hard cover inside (like the 2010 model I took out) they have this cheap piece of epoxy paper like stuff Ripped while getting the turntable in. Will not last in regular use. Avoid. Terrible design.

We bought one of these and had to return it because it started making a really loud noise like the fan was messed up. We traded it for another one and it’s starting to do the same thing after two weeks
