This product is nicely packaged for protection. We have used it briefly and it is quiet and easy to use. We hope it lasts as long as the stellar similar GE we are replacing which has served us since 2004.

Great product, lots of power,

We were used to our smaller microwave and less power. The first thing I tried was my popcorn and within 30 seconds it began to pop, I was impressed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
