Functional, but not as convenient as the GE one being replaced. Haier has not helped the GE brand.

I love this microwave. Gave 4 stars because I just exchanged for a new one today, because after owning it for less than a month, while baking potatoes steam formed between the glass.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Minimal learning curve on learning to use the controls -fairly well explained in literature, even better online. Like the labels/guidelines inside the door for quick reference. Easy to clean. Power level good for general use; adjustable power levels very helpful.
