We've had a bit of a learning curve trying to understand how the different settings work and the instructions need a bit of work. They aren't straight forward. Overall, though, microwave works very well.

Cooks faster than my old one. Tried a different brand and couldn’t see inside. This one is white inside and can be programmed in seconds.

Cooks good but ....

Cooks food nice and thorough, quiet while cooking but the user interface is frustrating. Why does it remind me to put food in before it will start causing me to open and close the door over and over even if you are just adding a few more minutes to finish it. Also door open and close is very noisy. Control panel buttons have to be pressed hard to work. I am happy with the cooking results though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
