Overheats And Shuts Off - PF Error

Constantly shuts off after a few minutes of use and gives a PF error. It has plenty of clearance all around for airflow. Top of the unit becomes extremely hot to the touch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is possible to see this display upon initial installation or after power was restored due to a power failure. This display can be cancelled and normal operation resumed by touching the CLEAR pad. The clock can be reset on models so equipped. If this doesn't work, we suggest disconnecting power to the unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the controls. If you are still experiencing issues, we recommend taking advantage of the warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. Everything you need in a microwave

We’ve only had this one for about a month but it works exactly as it should. The sensor features get food at just the right temperature. We got this to replace another GE microwave that lasted over 10 years with frequent use (family of 4).

good size, good price. Only lasted a month. tripped the breaker in the house, then reset and the only thing that got heated was the outer casing, not the food inside
