Love Is Better the Second Time Around

We did like the push button controls on our previous GE Microvave oven, rather than the present flush pressings; but we still liked our previous GE Microvave oven so much that we wanted another one.

I LIKE THE NEW GE

SO FAR SO GOOD. THE OTHER BRANDS (all three others were Panasonic) I PURCHASED IN THE LAST TEN YEARS ALL HAD A TENDENCY TO CORRODE IN THE CLEAR GLASS WINDOW INSIDE THE UNIT WERE THE FOOD GOES, BUT SO FAR THE GE IS NOT DOING THAT SO I THINK THE DESIGN IS BETTER. THE FOR-MENTIONED WAS THE REASON WHY I SOUGHT A DIFFERENT BRAND BECAUSE WHEN I COMPLAINED TO PANASONIC ABOUT THE OTHER ONES - MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT TREATED RESPECTFULLY SO I AM DONE WITH THAT BRAND. SO FAR SO GOOD WITH THIS GE.

Fills a need

This is an adequate microwave with a little more than basic functions, most we will rarely need. We went with the larger size just to accommodate dish size for reheating and thawing. it takes up a bit more counter space than the one we replaced. The only “complaint” so far is the door release button is a little wonky, have to push it I just the right spot to open.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Took ordering twice to get one to work.

I would have rated higher but had to reorder a second microwave immediately. Waited 2 weeks to get first microwave. Got it home and plugged it in and started running and couldn’t get to turn off till we unplugged it. Waited another two weeks for second microwave to come in. Works great. I do wish they would put a wall hugger plug so microwave could sit closer or wall.
