[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to setup, so long as the CD is used and not the download version. On 1 computer the CD was used, everything worked like a champ. On another computer, chose the 'use downloaded version' and that's when trouble started. Scanning was not properly installed, not all options available. Required uninstall, reinstall from CD to get all software fully functional.
When printing over 100 pages, part way through an error message pops up. Have not called tech support yet for diagnosis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great printer with all the features: print, copy, scan, fax, wifi printing....but the envelope feeder for printing envelopes is only for envelopes or couple of pages if wanting to print on letter head or check stock. It would be nice if the envelope feeder would allow for more pages to be inserted. Customer service is wonderful in assisting with my questions.
