I've searched for several years for a moderate cost, home use wireless mono-laser all-in-one that does jam-free duplex printing. A few were out there, but reviews ultimately gave caution to not jump on them, duplex features being problematic.
This one came along, had enough of the right words in reviews, product summary, and specifications to give hope, so I bought one. It shipped immediately, had it in two days in Hawaii (at regular free shipping).
I was concerned that there might be a wireless setup issue with a Mac, but was delighted to discover it took longer to get it out of the box and pull the blue tape than to connect wirelessly to my Mac and Apple mobile platforms and print/scan flawlessly...measured in short moments. As a disclaimer, I did not set up/do not use the facsimile function.
Print quality is bright and crisp. Initially I was getting a small drum toner smudge on printed documents. Running a laser cleaning sheet through five times resolved that perfectly.
Three weeks later I am very confident my choice in this product was correct. Every expectation was far exceeded.

I was looking for a home office multi-function printer to replace our aging laserjet printer. Cost was a major factor after of course quality.
The printer was easy to setup. My wife loves the ability to be able to printer from her smart phone wirelessly as she is a real-estate agent and needs to print out documents at a moment's notice. We have the printer setup on our home wireless network, but the printer can also be accessed via peer to peer wireless connection which is nice. We have a mixture of Windows and Mac based computers/devices which all use the printer.

I bought this two weeks ago for my wife. It is without a doubt the easiest out of the box to set up and get running of any wireless printer I have owned. It automatically finds the router, you enter the password to the router and you are done. It is ready for use by your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Autoduplex printing, copy, scan are plus features. I also aquired the 3 year replacement warranty.
Pros: Affordable

This muti-trick monochome LaserJet replaced a 25-year-old LaserJet 4000 that WOULD. NOT. DIE. (That particular printer had replaced a 300ppi HP IIIP which was ALSO retired while still perfectly functional.) Finally we just had to weigh what a quality-of-life improvement a USB/network multitasker with wireless capability would be and took the plunge ... spending a fraction of what those earlier printers had cost. And of course it was a breeze to set up -- as it happens, I set most devices up online but, just to experiment, used the full CD procedure to set up on an older desktop. Interestingly, the apps installed were the ultimately same in function but slightly different in the two setups. But everything, and I cannot stress the importance of this enough, Just ... works. The print quality is beautiful, the duplex printing is fast and seamless and the copy quality is good enough to also retire a small C_n_n portable copier we had also relied on for years. Even the somewhat maligned scanner works well enough for forms and documents, and the interfaces, both the CD and online-installed versions, are really easy to work with. So I guess this is the trade-off I can live with -- yeah, it's the dystopian future already and I never got the jet-pack I was promised ... but laserprinters are SO much better and cheaper now. So that's something, right?

I replaced my 8-year old HP printer with this model. As a CPA, I only print in B&W, so color printing and scanning issues are meaningless to me. This model does everything I need, and also does duplex printing. A great product at a great price.

This printer works like a champ! The quality of the printer feels solid and the output of the pages from the printer looks great as well. The folks in our office enjoy using this new printer. They also enjoy the user interface and big color screen controls on the front of the printer.
