From the moment I opened the box, and slid the printer out, it was evident that HP did this right! I had the printer up and running (with all features) right away. Easiest printer I have ever set up. Extremely glad I bought this printer, and I hope it lasts longer than the last HP Deskjet 8625 Pro, which only lasted 24 months.

We replaced a two year old other brand orinter which quit imaging. This printer has so many features. Use the HP best laser ink too. So happy. Recommend for home and small office use. We print about 5000 pages a year.

Printer was sold to me as a business machine. However, it was not fully compatible with QuickBooks. Since QuickBooks is the preeminent software for small business accounting and check writing, this machine was inadequate to my needs.

I am pleased with the quality and features of the printer, but I found that installation and set up of all of the available features was difficult. I can use the device for the basic functions of printing, scanning and copying at the computer, but have not been able to make other features work, including wireless printing from other devices in my home or remote printing when away from home. The instructions need to be improved.

Every HP printer I have owned before this printer worked perfectly out of the box with every Mac I have owned. This printer is undiscoverable by Mac Computers. The only solution is to install a bunch of bloat-ware from HP.
I am very disappointed, this will be the last HP printer I buy.
