[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working from home during the pandemic, I needed a printer/copier/scanner/fax at home that would be every bit as good as the work horses at my law office. However I did not want to spend a lot. This HP device works perfectly for my needs. The prints look clean and crisp. The copies come out reasonably quick. The scanner has dpi options, which I like. My only beef is I would like a bigger ADF. This ADF holds maybe 10-15 pages. But for the money, I am very pleased.

Sometimes it just doesn’t print. Shows it’s o line but laptop says it’s not available. Other times when it is available I just get an error message. Finally printing takes a long time and laptop is right next to the printer

I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Purchased this product, no installation instructions, HP in the past had a easy to follow step by step guide. That is not the case now, printer still is not hooked up, have tp go to geek squad to help. This has me convinced I will NOT be using HP there ae other companies I WILL use.

Good MFP that works well with Apple products
