[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a HP Laserjet customer since the early 1980s. Printers I have owned include the III, the 4 Plus, and the 4050. I would have recently bought the 428 except for incompatibility with Windows 7. The next best machine is the M227fdw. It performs admirably and has features that dazzle an old Laserjet III user like me. The name Hewlett-Packard is and always has been synonymous with quality.

It was well packed and took a few minutes to get it out the box and the wrapping off. Once it was un-packed and plugged in it was simple to do the wireless connection to the computer and smart phone . Thank you.

It starts up fast and once installed it is easy to operate. HP is known for it's fine line of products and product support. For it's relatively small size it has a lot of functionality.You will have to read the spec's for all of the details, but for my budget it very much meets my needs and have recommended it to my sons.

It was extremely easy to set up and everything seems to be working fine. It is so new that I have no yet checked out all the features but, so far, everything works. My only complain is that no users manual was included. I had to go on line and down load it.

I love this machine!! It is easy to set up and prints really fast. The only thing I am going to need to call for help about is replacing the cartridge, I have never done that before. I fully recommend this product!
