The first two were inkjet based, with our favorite being the Office Jet 7200. This was our first Laserjet All in 1. We own two other HP laser printers. Very impressed with the features so far especially the wireless features.

Still haven't figured out how to scan multiple pages of a document. My old scanner gave me a choice of more pages this one has no such feature. Had I known it was this difficult I would have looked for another unit. Also can't find out how to keep the phone line plugged in without losing the same phone line for calling. My previous unit a 7600 had the phone line plugged in all the time and it would automatically let a fax go through without a problem. I still can't get the fax to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
