[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago for my home office. Set up was easy. It prints, scans, and copies clearly. I love that you add pages to a scan for large pdf files as I have a lot of 45+ page files. The print speed is great. I highly recommend this machine for all of your home office needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fine little copier/printer with an adequate, no-frills scanner. To be honest, I still haven't set up the the control panel. Started to, but the the directions were a bit convoluted and lacking the time to fuss with, I've been running the scanner functions through pre-owned Paperport software. Perhaps this is a reason the scanner has slow "thinking time" before and during scans? But my biggest beef is learning this model is NOT Twain compliant, despite repeatedly asking and being assured that it is. Two different chatting sales-women (one simply sales-pushy, but the second one seemed knowledgeable) assured me that my need for Twain scanning would be met with this model. Very unhappy about this
Terrible Printer. Doesn't work half the time even after installing driver from CD and from the web. Also, it's black and white only

I’m sorry your printer is not working like it should. I can understand why that would cause great frustration, especially after you’ve installed the driver twice. With that in mind, I’ll offer some information and resources that I hope will help.
First, I can’t tell why your printer is not functioning properly, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
As for the other issue you mention, this printer is designed to print only in black and white. If there's any specific way that we can help, I hope you’ll contact us. We want you make the most of your experience with the printer.
