"WORTH THE WAIT" review Follow up

Absolutely no problems whatsoever after 17 months. No frost build up, no problems with the door closing properly and no other problems that others have reported. I still am very happy with the purchase. It is located in a garage on the eastern side of central Florida.

It took an extremely long time to get them…. Hopefully they’ve remedied that by now. Both the freezer and refrigerator have performed properly now for 18 months without issue. The foot plate is extremely handy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Freezer is awesome, problem was when I received it the door would not shut fully as the holes were drilled incorrectly on top of the freezer. Drilled new holes and it works lke it should now or I would have given 5 stars

Had issues after 4 months

Freezer came with a warped door and builds up frost. I have now been waiting for 4 months. Everything I put in there gets freezer burn. I have probably spent 8 hours on the phone trying to get answers. buy something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezer was DOA

Gladiator's quality control is lacking. First of all, I had to wait months for this freezer to be delivered but that is not unexpected with the world in lock down. When the freezer was finally delivered yesterday it did not work. It will not cool at all. In fact after 24 hours the freezer is warmer than the garage in Texas. There's no way this should have gotten past either Whirlpool or Gladiator's quality control but it did and now I'm having to wait over a week to get a repairman out here to figure out what is wrong with this brand new unused unit.... Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought at Lowe’s via special order. They delivered Not assembled and dropped it in my garage and said they didn’t know how to assemble. I had to call the store and make them come back out and assemble. Not really a gladiator issue but dont use a box store for this freezer

Beautiful, Sleek and Exceeds Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the prize winning "mare" of upright freezers. The almost matte black is gorgeous but means business. Soon as I turned it on it did not take long for the freezer to get ice cold. It performs immaculately. I have a 16, 18, and a 14 year old who raid this thing for frozen meals constantly. I'm surprised and impressed. Ironically even my 6 year old has no problem using the step stool opening tool. There is plenty of space in this stallion, and I can now actually use my refrigerator to make ice, since I can store all my frozen goods in my new freezer. Love it, Love it, Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
