Nice looking. Difficult to put together remaining pieces and even service guy couldn't get together. Now compressor bad at 2.5 years.

Bought 1/22. 08/22, not cooling. Everything lost!

I bought this freezer January of 2022. August 2nd, 2022 I go to get something out of the freezer to cook, and everything is thawed out and ruined! Absolutely not cooling. The thought of the amount of ruined meat sickens me. I have a call into Whirlpool to put in a warranty claim. Let's see what happens. Extremely extremely upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but it has door seal failure

Bought in Feb 2021 I thought the little ice buildup was due to the newness and Nebraska humidity as we removed and added items. We didnt open it for over a week and it has more frost in it than ever. After inspection, the top of the door seems warped which puts the seal too low on the door.. Luckily I bought the extended warranty and shouldnt have to be out any money for repair but still. QC work by the manufacturer is definitely lacking, thats being nice.
