I got the headset a week ago. Fell in love with everything!!! Then all of a sudden... I used them the second day.. And now I can only hear from the left side...the right side of the headphone is messed up. I'm sure if I got a replacement set that works I'll give it a 10/10 because from my first experience when it did work... It was the best headset I ever used. I have my HP Omen gaming laptop and it just makes everything look awesome with the aesthetics.

microphone only picks up voice if it is practically in my mouth. input volume and sensitivity is on MAX on all softwares.

Nice and comfortable headset, very neat idea to make the mic retractable, although some time my fingers get caught when putting it on. (doesn't really hurt or anything)

Great quality build but too bulky and wire is annoying. They feel strong and may not break like other plastic build headphones. However, they are a bit bulky and the wire is annoying by getting in the way. I was hoping that wouldn't be an issue, but it was. So, I returned them. I look forward to getting the wireless headset when it comes out.

Poor quality sound and faulty volume control

Headphone is comfortable to wear. However it is bulky. Sound quality is below average. High and mid range is muffled. Good for conversation but not for listening to music. Mine came with faulty volume control. Only one side will work. You have to fiddle with the volume control to get the other side to work. Typical made in china quality issue.
