[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a KitchenAid mixer since 1978 and this purchase is my fourth KitchenAid mixer. The ProLine Series 7 with 1.3 hp is a dream! I bake large batches of Cookes sometimes with 8 cups of flour and ground oatmeal. This mixer doesn't bog down and thoroughly mixes all the ingredients. The power makes my baking easier and it's quiet. I have the sifter attachment.....love it! Can't live without my KitchenAid mixer!

My first is still working. My 2nd lasted 18 years and was used constantly. I am thrilled with the 7 quart. The red is a beautiful color.

Dozens of cookies, 3 loaves of artisan breads, holiday pasta meals and a few dozen pretzels later I can only say that KitchenAid stand mixers are everything promised and more. The pasta and scale attachments are easy to use, clean and really do make the process faster! My family and I have enjoyed these baking experiences together - really good times. Thank you for quality products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it to make double batches of two different kinds of cookies. My only complaint so far is that the beater for creaming the butter doesn’t come close enough to the edge of the bowl. And the adjusting screw doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. I guess I’ll need to buy the beater with the rubber edge.
Otherwise, it has lots of power (though cookie dough isn’t much of a test). The speed control seems okay so far with what I’ve needed it for.
