Love, love, love this mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 7 quart Kitchenaid Pro Mixer a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love this appliance! We also bought the food grinder and food processor attachments which also work great. I know we will have many happy years ahead using this mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful machine I received for Christmas works wonderfully especially when the scraper paddle is attached. Powerful but not overly noisy. I mostly make batters for cakes, cookies or brownies etc and the machine has worked great haven’t tried heavy whipping or dough yet.

Great Birthday gift

Best Mixer Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot ask for a better mixer. The only thing that I can say could be a possible issue for some is the spring latch. It takes significant downward force to lock bowl into place. Could be challenging for some older people with diminished strength. It's a learning curve at first but after that you get used to it. Very easy to remove from spring latch though.

Great for Bread Dough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research, we decided this mixer was what I needed to mix the sourdough bread I bake weekly. It had the best review for use with heavy doughs. It works well, mixing much more quickly and able to make larger batches than the bread machine I used previously. I like the shiny red color, too. It looks good on my counter.
