[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had to buy a new one after my last kitchenaid of 20 years died. i did a lot of research of the different models and went with this one. i bought it mostly for bread making and like that it can plow through dough with no problems. it is a power house for heavy cookie doughs too. it is so much quieter than my last one, sometimes i forget it's on.
highly recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this mixer for Christmas and is the first stand mixer I ever had. Decided to go with this model because of the reviews I've read and a personal recommendation. I am not disappointed with the performance and the ease of use. When I use it, I feel like I am a professional cook on a cooking show. I plan to be using this mixer quite often baking cakes, cookies and bread. Of course I will be using it for other cooking needs and I am now looking into getting the accessories so I can expand its use.

Better than I thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband thought that it was time for me to get another mixer, our older model (1992) still runs & I thought we didn’t need a new one. I was wrong, this mixer is quieter, the bigger bowl, so much easier to work with. I really love the candy apple red color.
