[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited over 40 years for a mixer like this! Very heavy duty, and perfect for making double batch cookies (which made Christmas baking a breeze), and even better for mixing and kneading double loaf bread recipes! Love my new mixer!

I'm looking forward to making bread and pasta with confidence. Did I mention how beautiful this candy red mixer is? When I look at it, I feel like a kid who just got a new candy red bike!

Best Upgrade Ever!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My artisan was over 10 years old, so I upgraded to the Pro Line 7qt Bowl Lift. One of the best decisions I could have made. It's not only beautiful, but I can make 3 batches of bread at once!!! I am in love with this mixer!!!!!!

noticeable improvements over my 6 qt model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one month ago because my 6 qt model was not working properly anymore. I notice that this motor is much quieter and it seems to handle even double batches of stiff cookie dough. The smooth metal lift handle is much easier to keep clean - the slightly duller bowl is much nicer as there are no finger prints . I am hoping this will last many years. I love it

I received for Christmas used almost everyday. Only problem is the cover that I purchased is too short. Made for the tilt mixers. no cover for the pro mixer. My family is always asking what's good today! Thank you Kitchen aid.

After much trial and error, I purchased a 7 quart lift and love it. Both machines are wonderful, but the 7 quart was a game changer with the bread making. Thank you, KitchenAid.
