Must Have!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was part of an early Mother’s Day gift from my husband. I have never owned a stand mixer prior to this purchase. I’ve honestly been missing out on a lot. This has made baking so much easier! Best part is when using on high there is no shaking due to vibrations. It handles the thickest doughs nicely for a even mix. Because this fairly new to me I haven’t purchased all the attachments yet but I’m excited to be able to make my own pastas with those attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model for its horsepower to use the attachments for grinding meat and grains, not just for its larger size. So far its been used to grind more meat than cookies have been made. Meat grinding is a breeze. We have also ground rice for flour as well and that is also easy.

Kitchen workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a mixer to stand up to mixing bread dough, cookie dough and large batches of everything else, and the Proline 7 delivers. Works effortlessly to knead bread and is solid and realistically quiet. My only disappointment came when I realized my Kitchenaid ice cream freezer attachment does not fit on this mixer. That had a happy ending for my daughter-in-law when I gave it to her (she has a Proline 6).

Upgraded my 1979 KA lift head

I passed my 44-year-old mixer to one of my daughters and ordered this beauty. I use my mixer several times a week and am glad I upgraded! This mixer is everything I expected after loving my old mixer.

The only drawback is you can’t make anything in small amounts, like whipping egg whites you have to have at least 4 in the bowl before it can whip them. Great machine overall!
