Very Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer two weeks ago to replace another Kitchenaid Mixer that I had wore out. I use this mixer mainly for mixing and kneading pasta and bread doughs. This mixer is extremely powerful and much more quieter than the other mixer I had. It is wonderful!!!

Love the upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old 5qt tilt head mixer took a nose dive off the counter which was devastating but also gave me the opportunity to make the upgrade to Pro Line series. I have not been disappointed.
I make bread 3-4 times a week. This mixer has the power and capacity needed to meet the demand I put upon it. The power knead dough hook is great and I saw great gluten development in the first batch of bread I made.
The lift bowl feature is great and this mixer is much more stable and quieter than my previous model. I was a little hesitant about the metal bowl as I think glass generally looks better. But it’s lighter and more durable. I don’t expect to have to replace it ever.
I’m very happy with this mixer. I look forward to many years of happy baking ahead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I switched on my 20-something year old Kitchenaid mixer, I wondered “will this be the day it doesn’t turn on.” So, I treated myself to a new candy apple red 7 qt mixer for Christmas. It’s beautiful, powerful, and it holds considerably more than my 5 qt mixer. So it saves me work! It’s such a pleasure to use!

Value AND Qualty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Pro Line Mixer as a replacement for my 16 year old refurbed Epicurian.
I bake a lot of bread, and need a machine that can handle heavy doughs, and this one does.
I've also put it through its paces for other baking, for mixing ground meat, whipping potatoes, AND whipping cream.
I'm very happy with my choice, and recommend this machine for anyone who cooks a lot, or in bulk.
