[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my mixer and am so glad I did. I’ve gone through 3 smaller KitchenAid mixers and this one plows through bread dough without even getting warm. It is much quieter to. Love the larger capacity. Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the smaller stand mixer and it was great for making cookies as a newlywed. As my kids got older (and had more friends over), I needed more cookies and more pizza dough. I got so frustrated with my smaller mixer because I would double a recipe and it would come up over the top. With this bigger mixer, I double the recipe and there’s tons of leeway space! I love it! Thankful Kitchenaid grows with my family!!

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the proline 7 to make bread. I was very diligent to do the dime test when I got my mixer. No matter what I did, I could not get the dime to move as shown on You Tube and. I spent a lot of time with the Kitchen aid help line and I was finally advised that they would send me a new one. I also got different information from different people when I called the 800 number.
The same thing happened when I received my second Kitchen aid. I finally had a supervisor tell me to "not worry" about the dime test and just to continue using the machine.
I made bread last night and half of the yeast better does not get kneaded by the dough hook. I had to take it out of the bowl and finish kneading by hand, what is the purpose of buying the product. It was also very messy taking the unfinished dough out of the bowl. This is not my first try and making bread and I know the difference between a machine that can knead the bread.
Unfortunately, I will have to return the machine and look elsewhere to have a machine that actually kneads dough well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Growing up my parents had a KitchenAid stand mixer which they got as a wedding gift. Over 35 years later it still runs perfectly. When I grew up I opted for a Cuisinart mixer but was unhappy with it. I ended up deciding to switch to a KitchenAid (opting for the higher power version) and it runs great as well. I haven't had it long enough to know if it'll hold up like my parents' but initial use it has done perfectly.

I Love My New 7 qt Professional Mixer
