I bought this primarily to make whipped/mashed potatoes in larger quantities than I could with my smaller mixer. It works great...so fast and looks great on the counter.
I suppose I will just have to make some cakes and cookies now too!

Pizza dough perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted to upgrade my old KitchenAid for years, and we finally did it. My first project was to make pizza dough, and I was blown away!! The mixer powered thru the (double-batch) dough without issue, it was QUIET, and that dough hook has changed my life! I didn't have to stop the mixer, scrape the blade, again and again. Wow. Just wow. KitchenAid, you hit it out of the park with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a new KitchenAid 7 quart to replace my old 5 quart. Can handle making bigger batches of everything! Mixes dough for two loaves of bread in minutes! Pizza dough? No problem? Cakes, whipped cream, frosting - it's all done well, easy and quick. Highly recommend the 7 quart mixer.

Kitchen aid was great with receiving my phone call and shipping a replacement which I have not yet received.

I recently made 6 dzn cupcakes in one batch and the frosting for all of them in one batch. It is quiet and I love the new wire whip beater! Super excited as Valentine's Day is coming up and I have tons of cookies and cupcakes to bake! Must have for any baker... (I am also a small woman owned baking business owner)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a six quart for 20 years. Great machine. My new 7QT surpasses all of my expectations. WOW. Love the metallic red. Just finished baking 3 loaves of bread followed by 48 cookies. I’m a happy guy.
