Amazing addition!

Strong Mixer with lots of power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up on mother’s day at Sue Le Table, since I was looking for a stronger version of my 5 quart kitchenaid tillt head mixer.
It runs incredibly quite for the power it has. Also the power deliver is very controlled and the machine gradually increases or decrease power for the motor not to labor.
It is great for heavy dough. I am also using it to emulsify home made sausages and it can do it like a champ, while I only have to turn it to 5.
I am giving it 4 stars only because it come with a coated beater and dough hook. Would have been great if such a sturdy professional machine came with Stainless Steel utensils.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Professional and needed a more powerful mixer for breads and larger doughs. This mixer doesn’t strain, is exceptionally quiet, and does everything I could imagine. Don’t know what took me so long to upgrade. Love it!

Powerful and versatile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this beauty as an upgrade for my 5 qt bowl lift model, which by the way is still working fine despite being 20 years old. decided to go with the Proline 7 qt because of the DC motor and torque power. This mixer is incredible! It handles the thickest batch of kitchen sink cookies with every imaginable add in ingredient without a problem and can whip several dozen egg whites to perfection. The attachments like the food processor and spiralizer make it the most versatile countertop appliance I own and the one that I use the most! Love this mixer! I would give it 6 stars if kitchen aid made a sturdy cover that fit it like the ones they used to make and if the price tag was just a bit lower. Off to bake more cookies for Christmas! With this mixer it’s a pleasure!! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that for a mixer with this much power it’s much quieter than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer a few months ago for two big reasons; the parts are all metal, no plastic and a five year warranty. I wanted a powerful mixer for making bread, a lot of bread. I’m really pleased with the performance so far, safe to say I love it. I have my old Troy built mixer by Hobart from years of ago that’s still humming along, it’s the standard by which I measure every other mixer for quality. Of all the Kitchenaid mixers I’ve owned, I think this model, like my Hobart Kitchenaid, just may stand the stand the test of time. It performing very well. The quality is evident and customer service when I was considering the purchase was fantastic, on many levels.
