Exceptional Workhorse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this about a month ago and have used it to make icings, doughs, and batters. This mixer does all with ease and is extremely quiet! Purchased the scraper blade with this mixer and couldn't be happier with its performance also. Well worth the money without a doubt as the power of this mixer can tackle any task!

Heavy duty but pretty quiet for the power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to knead dough for specialty breads that I make on holidays. This mixer does the trick and saves my arthritic hands and wrists. The double twist keeps the dough from rising to the beater head and with the larger capacity, I believe it does a better job at kneading than I do! I bought the 5/6 Qt lids that fit my 7 Qt bowls well although not water tight. Perfect for raising the dough. Yes, it is heavy, but may husband put it onto my kitchen cart so it is the correct height and never needs to be moved. Get this mixer if you bake a lot or even if you just do not care for kneading breads. Enjoy!

Paddle, whisk and dough hook to short

Let me start by saying I love Kitchen Aid Mixers. My original mixer I had for years till one day all the oil inside leaked out. Bought the Pro600. If only the tools were longer or the bowl lifted higher. It just doesn't reach close enough to the bottom of the bowl. I would recommend Kitchen Aid but not this model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer 3 weeks ago and it’s the best mixer I’ve ever had. My last KitchenAid stand mixer lasted me 32 years. I make a summer squash bread every summer and it’s a very thick batter and this mixer blended it with no problems at all.

Great replacement for my old mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for Christmas to replace my old Kitchen Aid 4 1/2c mixer which was feeling it's age, and as I make bread twice a week, I needed something more capable. This machine is much quieter, and more powerful. The pro line motor make a big difference in bread making. Highly recommended.

Superb power

Although I was heartbroken to see my beautiful cobalt blue mixer go, I am thrilled with the new one. so much power and ability to deeply mix cake batter or bread. The bowl is huge and accommodates large amount of dough. Sourdough here I come. Couldn't be better.
