Baking Made Easier!

I can multi-task and it really gets the job done! I wish there was one more medium-type setting, but I really can't complain!

Incredibly quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a kitchenaid 6qt pro series mixer for almost 20 years, but it was time to upgrade. I loved my old mixer, but this 7 qt pro line mixer is amazing. I love how the knobs are metal v. plastic. The speed knob on my old mixer broke years ago, leaving just the metal lever. Also, the lever to raise the bowl will be easier to clean than the plastic one on my old mixer.
When I turned on the new mixer, I could not believe how quiet it was. You can actually use the mixer without having to turn up the tv volume! I’m very happy I went with this model, as it addresses all the negative issues I had with my old mixer and is an impressive piece of machinery!

Works great for bread dough!

KitchenAid Mixer couldn't handle the heavy dough. I am very satisfied with my new mixer
for mixing bread dough. It handles it easily. My only negative comment would be that for the price, the paddle attachment that has the rubber scraper on it should come with the mixer because I feel it is necessary for cookie and cake mixiing. The paddle that comes with the mixer doesn't get to the sides as far as it needs to to pick up the ingredients. The mixer has to be stopped several times and scraped.
I would recommend this to a friend!
