[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bake all of our bread, and have managed to wear out 2 lesser-strength Kitchen Aid mixers. So far, I am quite impressed with this one. It is quiet and runs well. And, of course, it looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and look and feel of the mixer! The size enables you to do a double batch of cookies or something without it overflowing out of the top

This is the exact model I want, but it will be too large to hide away. I really wish it came in a copper version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago and use it a lot to do bread, cinnamons rolls, whipped cream. It is nice to use, sturdy and easy to clean. The bowl is not too heavy, it washes well in the dishwasher.
The only down is that i think it should come with a big recipes book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I used it to make bread. Grey grease streaks all over the dough. Had to throw out the entire batch.
After about 3 uses, the grey paint, enamel finish on the paddle and dough hook is flacking off - guessing into my food. Not good. Now I see why they sell the stainless versions. If the finish does not hold up, the stainless versions should come standard with the mixer. Now to continue to use it, I’ll have to invest more money into an already expensive mixer. You would think for the cost of this mixer, this should not happen after only light usage. Not happy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyed my old classic 4.5qt mixer from the '70s, but handed it down to my daughter and bought this 7qt. Been using it for cheesecake, nutroll, bread, and cookies. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from my 20+ years old 5qt Artisan tilt mixer which still works perfectly ( my daughter will benefit ) to this heavier duty 7qt lift mixer. I wasn't sure how I'd like it in comparison, but I'm so happy with it!! It's not only beautiful, it's a true work horse! I can do double batches of heavier bread doughs with ease, and cookie doughs are a breeze! If you're on the fence, jump on over! You'll love it!
