[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve just upgraded to this mixer in the Pro series. The first one they sent me, I couldn’t adjust the bowl height enough so the beater did not touch the bowl. The return process was a breeze. Now I have the new one and love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] QUIET, STRONG, AND BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE IT!!! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK?? I have had a KitchenAid mixer forever. My old workhorse is a refurbished Commercial 6 Qt. that I have been using for 25 years. I decided to treat myself to a Candy Apple Red Pro Line 7 Qt. just because I wanted it. So quiet and big and strong. I am so happy! Thanksgiving was a breeze! A favorite friend is now enjoying my old, still running strong, white Commercial mixer, and she will probably get at least another 25 out of it!!

Concern about build quality

Brand new out of the box, one of the spot welded feet was broken off. There was no damage to the product's box or to the shipping box, so it is likely that the mixer was already damaged when it was packaged at the factory. This causes me concern - both because the weld should have been strong enough to begin with and because their QC didn't catch the failure. The replacement mixer was undamaged. I will update my review and rating once I have used the mixer for a few months.

Love my new mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first stand mixer; I've never owned one (or any type of mixer) until now. I bought this mixer at the beginning of November 2020 & I just LOVE IT! Even though it was a little pricey, I'm glad I spent the money. I really like the stainless steel bowl vs the glass or ceramic bowl since it's easy to clean and I don't have to worry about it breaking or chipping. The motor in the mixer is more than capable whether the stainless steel bowl is full of dough or mashed potatoes made from scratch. I was very surprised at how quiet it is when turning up the speed.
The only thing I found tricky was getting the bowl in the correct position between the 2 pins. But once I figured out how to do it, it was very simple.
I bought a mixer cover for it as well which helps keep the dust off it and has outside pockets to hold instructions and smaller accessories.
I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!
