It’s my dream partner for my fast growing business

Very Powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from an old KitchenAid tilt-head 4.5qt. to this amazingly powerful Pro Line 7qt. It has gotten a "holiday workout" in addition to regular bread-making. I cannot believe how fast this works! It must be because of the massive surface area inside the bowl, but KitchenAid isn't joking when they state (in the manual) that mixing times are a lot less than recipes call for, so adjust accordingly. And the cavernous bowl kneads my 5-cup whole grain loaf like it's not even there. Also, the attachments get down close to the bowl so everything gets mixed/whipped much better. One more thing, the soft start. It is SO NICE to have because flour doesn't go flying when you turn it on! OK, just one more...it is so quiet! We can't believe the difference from the older model to this new Pro Line!

I've had my stand mixer (7qt Pro- red) for a bit over 3 months now and still am very impressed. While I do not use every day, when it is used it usually is for large quantities, and it shines. The motor is DC, meaning low RPM's but lots of torque: translating: powerful but silent.
Make no mistake, this is not a portable model. It is big. It is heavy, which is good, don't want 3-4kgs of flour dancing on my counter. I expect it to last a lifetime

Only reason not giving it 5stars is the mixing bowl and the way it attaches. The steel used could be a little thicker, every time I grab it I'm always afraid it will drop and dent. Although I'm fully aware the bowl needs to be very firmly in place, the present system of a pressure plate in back of the bowl is not efficient, ussually entailing me to try 3-4x before correctly inserting the bowl.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 quart kitchen aide mixer wore out and I replaced it with the pro line Series 7. I love it! The mixer is so much quieter and more powerful than the previous model I had, KitchenAid are worth every penny of their price! Highly recommend!
