[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several KitchenAid mixers over the years, but this is by far my favorite. I make a lot of bread and my husband makes pizza dough, and this mixer works wonders.

Lift Bowl not Easy to UseI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 7qt mixer because the 3.5qt is too small for some of my projects. The Lift Bowl is NOT a good invention. It is impossible to stop mixing and scrape the sides... the beater is in the way since it stays in the middle of the bowl, unlike the tilt-head that moves the beater out of the way completely. Also it is difficult to seat the mixer of the bowl lift model, sometimes it unseats during mixing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not only is it beautiful, but I love the 7Qt bowl. It can handle the largest recipes. It is so quiet too! Looking forward to baking for many years with my new stand mixer.

Great power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I frequently make large quantities of dough and this has the power to deal with it. I am able to make dough for 12 baguettes or pizzas and not overheat the motor. I have owned kitchen aid mixers since the seventies and would and unless things changed would always buy this brand. If you do a lot of mixing and baking I would highly recommend this model as the pro line can certainly take the demand especially with the metal gears.

Love the huge capacity

I'm in love all over again. I loved my artesian mixer but this by far has replaced it. I'm a baker so being able to do a double batch the first time is a time saver for me, and more time means more money.
