Love my mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is great! It's definitely stronger than the 5qt model and can handle all the batches of buttercream I make. My one criticism would be that the paddle often scrapes the side of the bowl and I now have streaks from the constant hitting, but overall this is a great mixer and would highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my pro line 7 qt stand mixer three days ago. So far I have whipped aquafaba to make a vegan cake and it worked perfectly. I love the size And the fact that it is not noise at all. Soon, I will be making many loaves of bread.

Great Choice for Big Batches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy this came in time for my daughters sugar cookie decorating party. We were able to make a quad batch (in one bowl load) for around 120 rolled out sugar cookies and 3# of buttercream frosting (and it could have fit more). So far, we have made meatballs, cookies, muffins, pumpkin bread, banana muffins, pizza dough, and croissants. All GF and thanks to this mixer... from scratch!

Good except for wire whip

I've only had this a short time but have put it too good use. I got the 5 qt bowl as well and it has been great for smaller recipes and works great with all the original attachments (whip, paddle, hook). My primary use is bread and the dough hook is great and kneads well. Cookies have been a secondary use. I also got the paddle with the scraper edge and found it great. The wire whip, however, annoys me to no end. The slightly flatten sides means the wires all gather tightly at the bottom and stuff gets stuck there -- it does not blend in nor is it easy to remove with a spatula. When I stop to scrape, I actually have to remove the whip to try and get stuff out of there. Nor do I find that it does things like whip butter well. My butter looks more like it is beaten into the sides of the bowl -- not fluffy at all. This is the one big disappointment and thus the lack of star. Luckily, it is the attachment I would use least. But if you are someone who would use this attachment more, I might look at some other models.

Powerhouse!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to make bread dough and run meat grinder and shredder attachments. Extremely impressed with the power of the unit and the fact that the motor housing stays cool while grinding meat. I plan on getting more attachments in the future and very glad to support American made products. Highly recommend these mixers to anyone as I also have an artisan tilt head mixer as well.
