Cord too short!

I am happy with the mixer overall except for the fact that the cord is really too short and the paddle attachment with the flex edge does not fit. It hits the bowl. Also, it should come with ALL stainless steel parts

Quiet and Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 6 quart for 10 years but kept stripping the gears making so much bread and cookie dough. My husband got this 7 quart for me and I love it. It is very powerful and quiet.

Love it with some caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first mixer and I'm still adjusting recipes but it performed flawlessly in whipping up meringue and marshmallows so far, and had no issue kneading some of the doughs I typically make by hand. My only complaint is at this price point I would expect the stainless attachments to be included rather than the powder coated ones, I'm worried about their longevity and can see them chipping in the future.

The Pro 7 A Great All around Mixer For The Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pro 7 replaced my 40 year old Artisan mixer. I bake breads, pastries, and desserts. This mixer has more than met my expectations. It’s a pleasure to use and I don’t have to hold it down like my old unit. There are two things I would suggest that would improve this machine first it’s a little noisy, quieting it down would be nice. But in no way is the noise a deal breaker, this is a commercial piece of equipment. The second thing is to include the scraping paddle like you do on the pro 6.

Holds ALL the dough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a cookie baker and make 30 dozen cookies a week. The pro series 600 7 qt mixer is a dream!! It easily handles the big batches of dough and has cut my baking time in half. And it is so quiet. More so than my smaller stand mixer. I ordered the candy apple red color and just love it. I still use my Artisan 5 qt mixer for smaller baking jobs but take i the big guns out for my larger cookie orders. I gave it four stars because the paddle has to be detached before you can remove the bowl from the stand and when there is a large batch of dough in the bowl it isn’t so easy to do that. Wish the head would tilt back like my Artisan.
