Never disappoints

I have had this mixer for 2 years now and it is always up to the job. I have used Kitchen aid mixers for over 40 years and still use my original one from all those years ago. LOVE this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extermely Disappointed

I bought this s few years back to replace a model with a less powerful motor. The motor may be more powerful, but the bowl does not fit the stand properly. The bowl is difficult at best to get positioned on the arms and when it is there, the mixing action is not smooth. It is so bad that that the finish/paint has come off of the paddle. I have inquired about repair at the place of purchase & through the internet and been told that there are no service centers. To mail it back to KitchenAid is too costly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

7 Quart bowl lift mixer

I bought this mixer 2 years ago! I use it to make bread! If I have too much dough in the mixer it gets bogged down! So I have to watch how much I mix up at a time!

Great Mixer

This is my second Kitchen Aid Mixer. I owned my first for over thirty years before donating it to a local nonprofit. It was still in amazing condition. My upgraded mixer is used all the time and never disappoints.

After three years...

After three years of use, the only complaint is that I have difficulty locking in the mixing bowl. Perhaps there is a secret that I have yet to uncover, but each time I use it I seem to fight to get the bowl to lock in and out of place. Other than that, it works fine.
